Return Policy for Rough Opal Parcels

We want you to feel confident exploring the world of opal, and we stand behind the quality of our rough parcels. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

✅ Eligible Returns:

• Rough opal parcels may be returned within 10 business days of delivery for a refund, provided all stones are in original, unaltered condition.

• Stones must not be cut, shaped, dremeled, polished, or modified in any way.

• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

❌ Non-Returnable Parcels:

• Parcels with more than 20 individual pieces are not eligible for return.
  This is because it becomes impractical to verify that all original pieces are accounted for, and we cannot guarantee stones haven’t been removed or substituted.

• No refunds will be issued for parcels where any material has been modified (e.g., cut, trimmed, ground, or polished).
